National Trails Day - June 6

    Join BSCC on June 6th to celebrate National Trails Day, a nationally recognized trail awareness program that occurs annually on the first Saturday of June to inspire the public to discover, learn about, and celebrate trails.

    BSCC will be hosting trail projects to improve the community trail system. All projects are family-friendly and include finishing and repairing trails, refinishing tables and benches, and removing the winter’s accumulation of debris from the trails. Meet at the Community Park and a coordinator will direct you to a project.

    Register now for Big Sky Resort's 2 Player Spring Draw at the Big Sky Golf Course. Format is first 18 holes is a 2-player Better Ball. Pick your own partner. Last 9 holes teams will be drawn blind before the start and play a scramble format. Payouts will be based on individual 27 hole aggregate scores and include 25% of the field. Big Sky Broadway Presents Mary Poppins - June 26

    Big Sky Broadway will present everyone's favorite nanny and chimney sweep, and the rest of the colorful cast of characters in the classic Disney musical, Mary Poppins. The largest cast ever with 35 local grade and middle schoolers will star in this hilarious version of P.L. Travers  book, singing all of the classic tunes, from "Let's Go Fly a Kite" and "Supercalifragilistic" to "Spoonful of Sugar" and "Feed the Birds". Performances are scheduled for Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27. Now in its sixth season, the Big Sky Broadway summer shows are guaranteed sell-outs. Morningstar Learning Center Fundraiser - June 27

    The Morningstar Learning Center Fundraiser will take place on Saturday, June 27th at the Gallatin Riverhouse Grill. Morningstar will be raffling off a family hunting and safety package including adult and child hunter education classes, blaze orange accessories and a .270 Winchester short mag and a .17 savage HMR. Cost for the raffle is $5 per ticket or 5 for $20. You need not be present to win. Proceeds will go to support Morningstar Learning Center. Raffle tickets can be at the Riverhouse or from Morningstar Learning Center parents.

    The Arts Council welcomes acclaimed East Coast troubadours Sons of Bill to Big Sky for the first time ever on Thursday, July 2, for a FREE concert at Center Stage at Town Center Park! You won't want to miss this high energy evening of roots rock music!

Music in the Mountains: The Tiny Band - July 4

    Please join us in Town Center Park for our annual concert in the park to celebrate our nation's birthday! It's our largest event, and is fun for everybody! The park opens at 6 p.m., and there will be kids activities, food and beverage vendors and live music from the Tiny Bandstarting at 7 p.m. To top it all off, stick around for the region's best fireworks show at 10:15! Best of all, the entire night is FREE! The event is sponsored by First Security Bank!

Twin Sky Dance Intensive - July 5
